As a small business we unfortunately cannot facilitate refunds. However, we are pleased to offer returns for in-store credit if initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process:

1. Initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order by shooting an email to cedarmercantile859@gmail.com (please include your order number!)

2. Pack and ship your order back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.

3. We will process your return issue in-store credit via email within 3 days of us receiving your items.
